It is operated by Bosworth Media Group LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any church, denomination, or religious organization listed on the Site. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement of any church or its beliefs.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that church listings are accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing. Church details — including service times, addresses, contact information, and pastoral staff — may change without notice. Always verify information directly with the church before visiting.

4. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit church suggestions and star ratings. By submitting content, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not submitting false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• You are not submitting content on behalf of a competitor or for the purpose of manipulating ratings.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any submitted content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

5. Church Listing Requests & Removals

Churches or their authorized representatives may request that a listing be added, updated, or removed by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process requests within 5 business days. We reserve the right to maintain factual, publicly available information about churches as a matter of public record.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without written permission.
• Submit false or misleading church information or ratings.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any church, pastor, or individual.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure or security.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fay.Church name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Bosworth Media Group LLC. Church names, addresses, and other factual directory data are not claimed as proprietary. You may share individual church listings for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Fay.Church.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bosworth Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained herein, including but not limited to damages arising from inaccurate church listings or user-submitted content.
